The HR Solutions Workforce Administration team provides high quality consultation and business process support to employees and leaders regarding workforce administration programs/services in the EMEAI region and is empowered to resolve HR inquiries on these subjects. The candidate will follow-up on WFA processes such as data inputs, employment letters, contract administration and the like. What’s your job about? Provide consulting and support for all assigned inquiries regarding WFA, typically on a country level. Handling HR inquiries (via phone, digital communication), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People leaders. Ensure high levels of customer service to employees. Engages in maintaining documentation of operating policies, guidelines, and procedures. Create and maintain (compliance of) documentation of work processes, guidelines, and procedures. What skills do you have? Education A minimum of a vocational degree in a related field Experience Experience in HR Administration is preferred Ability to effectively work through other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency in a highly dynamic environment. Other Qualifications · Fluency in English and good verbal and reading skills in German. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel is required.
