our Learning architect,

you are responsible for the complex learning system & software infrastructure at Marel. This contains the set-up of and interfaces between systems like the learning management system(s) (LMS), the learning experience platform (LXP), learning content platforms like LinkedIn Learning, the data layer, and tools for reporting on learning, authoring e-learnings etc. All to support an optimal learning experience for employees at Marel. Our Learning Management System (LMS) is part of our HR suite Workday and is in the core of our learning infrastructure. What you’ll be doing: Designs and is responsible for the set up of and interfaces in the complex IT learning infrastructure, containing LMS, LXP, content platforms, and software like reporting and authoring tools. Designs, implements and manages the processes on how to use the IT learning infrastructure. Manages global alignment to maintain standard ways of working, policies, and standardization in using the Learning infrastructure. Responsible for creating an optimal learning experience for employees when using the learning infrastructure. Works closely with L&D Administrators to ensure proper setup and system support. Works closely with Global L&D managers and L&D professionals to continuously create optimal processes and optimal use of the learning infrastructure to support the L&D objectives. Provides consulting and training to Learning and Development professionals and other stakeholders for optimal use of the learning infrastructure. About the Team We are small ambitious global team, located in several European countries. As learning architect you will have one direct colleague (also a Learning architect) and will report to the Global Learning and Development Manager. Besides your direct colleagues in Global L&D you will be collaborating closely with the HR IT team as well as an L&D admin community. Who are we? Bachelor or Master’s degree in the area of Human Resource Management, IT or other relevant field Minimum 10 years of progressive Learning architect/system experience. Knowledge of relevant developments in the Learning systems discipline. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service

orientation/attitude. Knowledge of relevant

developments in the HR discipline a nd of relevant rules and regulations Demonstrated experience with creating a complex learning infrastructure, and processes and policies to support the set up and use of the learning infrastructure. Strong written, presentation/verbal, and strong in stakeholder management. Exceptional English skills, both written and verbal. Experience with and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization. Interested?
