International Key Accountmanager Retail Capax Your partner in branded goods.

The most delicious fragrances, high quality skin care products, professional hair care, cosmetics and also wine and spirits. Think of the brands Dior, Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel, La Mer, L’Oréal, Olaplex, Clinique, Hennesy and Dom Pérignon. You can find it all at Capax.

In fact, Capax is a distributor specialized in luxury goods and beauty products. What else do they excel at? Purchasing products at a competitive price, and selling them at an even more competitive price. A skill many people could envy.

With an office in – yes – Amsterdam. Your new place of work.

And Capax is growing fast. So now they are looking for you: their new

Key Account Manager .

Your day looks like this. More or less. As our new Key Account Manager you will develop strong, long-term relationships with international clients. You do this by deeply understanding their needs and objectives. Besides that, you are the primary contact for all communication between the company and their key clients.

Furthermore:

You work together with the internal Sales, Purchase, Finance and Supply Chain. You monitor market trend and competitor activities whilst looking for potential business growth opportunities (generating new business).

And…

You close. By negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms.

Who are you?

You already have some experience in key account management (or something similar).

You have a track record of successfully managing global accounts.

The beauty industry holds no secrets for you.

A true negotiator. You can close (almost) every deal.

You are analytical, since you will have to interpret sales performance metrics and market trends.

You desire to travel internationally.

You got those MS Office skills down.

Then some preferable skills:

Preferably you have a Bachelor’s degree in International Business.

You are also quite proficient in German, or in one of the Scandinavian languages.

Capax offers you

A salary between €3500 bpm and €4500 bpm with an uncapped bonus scheme.

A company car (negotiable), phone and laptop.

25 vacation days

The well-known, somewhat cliché Friday afternoon drinks (vrijmibo). These will be on a boat. Yes, really. In one of the “grachten” lies Capax’ very own boat.
