You and your job As a UX Research Operations Specialist, you contribute to the bank’s design transformation throughthe facilitation and streamlining of the UX research process. You do this by ensuring smooth participant recruitment, maintaining and optimizing our UX research tools including our in-house UX lab and by expanding and maintaining our research knowledge base and repository. Additionally, you proactively report out key data and safeguard our GDPR policies. For instance: refining the selection criteria for a quantitative researchstudy together with a designer scheduling an interview training that UX researchers give to newly joined designers; handling the communication and administration fromour recruitment agencies; draft a program for a meet-up with another organization on UX Research; making sure the UX Lab runs smoothly for the qualitative study that will be held the next day.
