Your Role as a Customer System Engineer As a Customer System Engineer, you will undertake significant and technically challenging projects for esteemed clients like ASML. Your role will involve seamlessly integrating hardware, information and communication technology (ICT), and security software into comprehensive systems. Qualifications

Interpret and resolve faults efficiently to ensure smooth operations Set up computer systems and networks according to specifications and requirements Deliver and configure security software and hardware solutions to clients promptly and effectively Manage and maintain complex security systems to ensure optimal performance and security Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, identifying root causes and implementing solutions promptly Perform software updates and release management in accordance with established procedures Participate in standby services to ensure system availability and security, responding to any incidents or emergencies as needed Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or ICT 5-6 years of work experience Knowledge of IT and network technology (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA, etc.) Proficiency in Dutch and English Experience with burglary alarm and access controls and building management systems What distinguishes you Knowledge of security techniques such as access control and camera surveillance Ability to interpret and resolve faults Experience with service, maintenance, and management of ICT environments Willingness to continuous professional development Positive attitude and hands-on mentality Ability to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) Possibility of permanent employment after one year Challenging position within an internationally operating company Excellent working atmosphere Opportunities for remote work Ample training opportunities Discount on Bosch products at the staff shop Telephone introduction with recruiter Madalena First job interview via Teams with future supervisor Second job interview on location Offer and contract at Bosch!
