level : MBO Your assignment We have created a tool which can download information about the servers and applications from our customer sites. This tool converts the information to comma separated files. These csv files are imported into our call handling system. Unfortunately there is no proper search functionality in this system, therefore we would like to have a separate tool in which the information can be imported which has these search options. There for we have the following question: How can we build a program which can import our CSV files which can be used by our engineers to quickly lookup the installed base information of all our customers? The tool should have the following requirements: Reachable via web environment Full text search Able to Import our csv data Export to Data surely stored and encrypted Easy to maintain and expand As an intern you will be working at the IT Solutions Deployment team of the Service Deployment Group department. At this department they do the following activity: Support the High Level software application for Baggage handling systems Implement small software changes Perform preventive maintenance on software and the servers on which the software is running Assist the project teams when extra hands are needed This department is at the end of the chain. The Sales department sells the software (and the hardware), The engineering department develops and maintains the applications The projects department implements the application The APP IT Applications department supports the application after the project is finished. As student you can work alone onthe program. You will be in contact with your supervisor. Your responsibilities Investigate the requirements. Create a design of the tool Create a test plan Build the tool Test the tool Release the tool Pursuing a degree in an informatica or related field. Strong programming skills in Python. Http Css Familiarity with software development concepts and best practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
