Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Senior Scheduling Specialist for Dow in Hoek.

As aSenior Scheduling Specialist, you will perform the following working activities:

Improve Construction Schedule Management Work Process and share learning experiences

Coach on discipline knowledge exchange and quality application

Recommend cycle time reduction opportunities

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules

Utilize cost estimates to align schedules with scope of work

Validate schedule durations and ensure resource leveling

Lead project teams in forecasting schedule challenges

Analyze critical path and offer solutions for on-time project completion

Evaluate project deviations and propose recovery plans

Apply schedule management practices for issue resolution
