During a professional training program in our Sales Engineering department, you will gain active knowledge of our systems, the market, the sales process, and the internal organization. The length of the training program varies and depends on your proactivity and development. Your role as Prospective Industry Sales Manager As our new Prospective ISM in Boxmeer, you are the guiding factor between the different departments involved in the sales process. This responsibility is not only during the quotation process, but also when the quote becomes an order. Projects typically have a value between €200,000 and €10 million, but even for a €25 million project, you handle it with ease. Throughout the process, you monitor the budget and you obtain the right information from our Front-Line Sales. Through your internal network, you can create a quote that meets the customer's wishes, resulting in a successful deal for a machine line or a complete plant that enables our customer to achieve even more profitability. What are we looking for? A Prospective ISM with an entrepreneurial character! You recognize yourself in the profile below. Completed bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical and/or commercial direction.

Preferably a few years of experience in a commercial, coordinating, and/or technical role.

You like to take initiative and are willing to take responsibility.

You switch quickly and can handle pressure.

You are communicative and get things done with your colleagues.

You show entrepreneurship and are driven.

Proficiency in English and Dutch. Proficiency in a third language is a big plus but not a must."
