This position encompasses a range of responsibilities including room cleaning, turndown service, maintenance of public spaces, and liaison with other departments for seamless operations. Your responsibilities: - Clean guestrooms thoroughly, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities. Conduct turndown service during evenings to prepare rooms for the night. - Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of public areas and gardens. - Manage heart of the house areas, including linen distribution and stocking service closets. - Identify areas requiring additional cleaning or supplies and communicate effectively. - Collaborate with Engineering to report defects and Food & Beverage department for cleaning different outlets. - Stick to proper procedures for separating garbage and follow instructions accurately.
