About the Job Your main objective will be to be the main point of contact for the budget, roadmap, and alignment between IT&Data, Finance, R&I, C&P, Operations, QFS. D2D Digital Gateways adaption on the foundation of IT gateway To continuous push to ensure all Digital Programs fall under the animation and status check process to timely identify hurdles and red flags; to mitigate the said hurdles and red-flags Creation/ modify of processes in alignment with D2D pillars – QFS, C&P, R&I and Operations; Finance and IT&Data High-Level Stakeholder Mapping and Analysis – understanding various changes within the organization for clarity of decision making; Interface with many stakeholders internally with functions such as IT&Data, Digital Center of Excellence team, Ops, R&I, QFS. Innovative Digital Market Trends - creating a Business case to support N+2 and N+1 – to reach out to experts in the fields within the company and map out the best solution; Be connected with the outside world to understand how we can influence the Digital Strategy Consolidation and updating of D2D Digital PPM roadmaps, Coordinating D2D Digital Transformation strategy implementation with clear roadmap Global D2D Team acculturation of AGILE Governance:

To support N+2 and N+1 to reach simplified and agile governance at Global and Zonal level; Support the definition of the whole process supporting the governance Preparation of SteerCo/ Quarterly D2D Digital Transformation Team Meeting Ensuring compliance within allocated resources & budget To work and animate with Finance for D2D digital CAPEX & OPEX follow up To have a structure to keep Business up to date regarding all the sub-projects considered in the IT CAPEX file To constantly improve transparency and collaborate with the IT&Data stakeholders

Communications:

To be the brand ambassador of D2D Digital and work alongside Sr. Communications Manager(s) for D2D story building and storytelling To guide D2D Digital Value Steams/ CoE regarding workplace groups and posts To be a SPOC for queries related to internal and external communications for D2D Digital Value Streams/ CoE To link the Workplace communications as part of PMO/Change Management methodologies for program communications – to keep relevant teammates well informed

To Lead [Preparation] N+2 Quarterly Meetings [In-person/F2F], including but not limited only to – agenda creation, alignment with speakers, ppt creation, working alongside EA and other teammates for offsite events, dinners, quizzes, etc. You have a passion for Digital and appetite to be part of a big Digital Transformation from the very beginning, On top of that: You have a Master in Engineering, Economics or Working knowledge of E2E business. Curious mindset and willingness to build new ways of working You have strong Digital acumen You have Successful track record of presenting clarity of multiple programs (status, roadmap, budget) Expert knowledge of digital solutions available on the market You communicate easily with people from different functions You are agile and not afraid to influence people around you About us
