overseeing daily operations, coordinating with customers, and providing technical expertise in an optical fiber environment for example.

Job Responsibilities

– Creating and managing staff schedules

– Managing HR tasks

– Implementing staffing improvement processes

– Developing expertise in operational applications

– Building a skilled integration team

– Handling daily resource management processes

– Ensuring timely and effective response to customer requests

– Providing status updates according to standard procedures

Job Requirements

– Bachelor's degree (HBO/WO) in a technical discipline or relevant field such as electronics

–

3 to 5 years of experience in a technical and/or optical fiber environment ( IT Networking) and team management

– Knowledge of telecommunications, optical transmission systems, particularly WDM technology (Wavelength Division Multiplexing Technology)
