This position reports directly to the Automation Manager and is based in the factory in Zoetermeer.

As a Project Manager Automation, you will initiate, lead, and participate in multi-disciplinary projects. You will be the central point of contact between different local departments such Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Digital Manufacturing and PCM-DQ&V. You get energy from sifting through project proposals, budget offers, and technical data sheets, as well as coordinating activities with your fellow automation experts, technicians from the shop floor, and external parties such as system integrators. You implement projects, from small modifications to large projects with completely new process parts in our factory, in a sustainable and well documented way. In this pivotal position within Nutricia’s Supply Point you will be responsible for: being the expert and go-to person on the Liquid Processing DCS (ABB 800xa) and its infrastructure automation resource coordination and planning for the Liquid Processing projects defining key projects that contribute to the plant strategy and further strengthen plant continuity and system uptime liasoning with stakeholders form other departments (such as DMA, Engineering, PCM-DQ&V, Production) for multidisciplinary projects with IA aspects being first point of contact for project-related suppliers, contractors, and system integrators ensuring adherence to both internal and external quality, safety, and process standards compiling budget proposals based on negotiations with external project partners reporting project progress to the Plant Leadership Team. About you

We are looking for a passionate candidate who has extensive project management experience (PMP / V-model) in a production environment. You are no stranger to automation and engineering projects, and know what procedures to follow to deliver such projects within time, quality, and budget constraints. You have an affinity for process and information management. You can engage stakeholders from operators to plant management, and use your experience to steer processes, make recommendations, and escalate when needed. In addition, you ideally bring: 3 years of experience in working with operation technology systems in a Food, Pharma, or FMCG environment A curious, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail Leadership, influencing and networking skills Familiarity with process control systems and networking/communication protocols Experience with contract management, RFQs, and budgeting Extensive experience with project and validation methods such as FAT, SAT, and the associated documentation Fluency in Dutch and English( must have ).
