You and your job Shape the bank’s design transformation whilecollaborating in the newly created multidisciplinary HR teams together with developers, marketeers, behavioural scientists and other experts.Thedesignersinthe Employee Experience Teamare pioneering in an HR environment to make the employee experience delightful.Working together is the way we work; as 1passionateandresults-driven team at Rabobank. We are part of an internal Design Chapter of 90 designers with a wide variety of skills and knowledge. PracticalExamples Design an employee- centred information architecture for our Intranet. Perform valuable research and help us make the right choices from a designer’s perspective. Design a smooth onboarding process for our employees. Create overview, reduce interactions steps, improve communications, test, learn and make the experience smoother on the go. Coach other Designers in our team and teach UX Research and Design Thinking methods to Product owners and make sure that all the teams are aligned on Design standards and frameworks. Organize team offsites and improve design maturity and engagement internally by facilitating training and review sessions. You and your talent You have at least five years of experience in UX/UI design, experience with leading other designers and confidently take responsibility and ownership of large, complex design projects; You conveniently manoeuvre within a large organisation and know how to get support for your ideas and concepts; You are pragmatic, hands-on and want to get better every day; You have know-how of design and prototyping tooling like Figma, as well as a strong background in ideation and design research methods; Dutch proficiency is required. This is what we offer you A salary between € 5115,- and € 7307,- gross per month (Scale 10). Thirteenth month's salary and 8% holiday allowance an extra budget of 11% of your gross salary to be used at your discretion. Buy extra holiday hours, add more to your pension savings or ask for part of the extra budget to be paid out a monthly home working allowance of up to € 40- a personal development budget of € 1,400- a combination of working from home and at the office 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport a pension scheme to which you contribute 3.5% or 5.5%, that's up to you This is the selection of the terms of employment for the Design Lead based on a 36-hour working week.
