Our Challenge At Synechron, our specialization lies in assisting major financial institutions and banks in the successful design and implementation of their transformation programs within the Program Management department. Our clients in the financial services industry face complex challenges in their (digital) transformations, such as reduced margins and increased competition from fintech companies. The pressure to become more client-focused and reduce time-to-market for new financial products and services demands a solid, fast, and flexible change and implementation strategy. Responsibilities As a (senior) management consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing tailored transformation approaches to meet business requirements within the financial services sector. You will be responsible for setting up and steering projects/programs towards success, addressing the unique challenges faced by major financial institutions. This role requires exceptional analytical skills, strong financial knowledge, and the ability to drive projects from conception to completion. You should be able to: Lead and manage end-to-end projects, from initial scoping and planning to implementation. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring project goals, progress, and impacts are effectively conveyed and understood. Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing financial processes, systems, and operations to identify areas of improvement. Mentor, challenge and inspire colleagues to foster professional growth and ensuring the highest standards of project execution. Requirements We are looking for the following qualifications for several positions with different levels of seniority: Either; Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a consultant or manager within a consulting firm or as an internal consultant in the financial services industry, preferably working with major banks Or; Minimum 5-15+ years of experience as a senior consultant or (senior) manager within a consulting firm, or as an internal consultant in the financial services industry, preferably working with major banks.

Please note that experience in the Financial Sector is a must-have requirement.
