Are you

Your mission will be…
- Review, validate, and process customers orders,
ensuring their completeness, accuracy and compliant with current business rules
and policies.
- Conduct administrative tasks, mainly pre-defined
support activities for service operations and delivery (Processes outgoing
orders, inquiries and/or requests regarding suppliers, services, licenses,
etc.).
- Performs order management for the business line
Digital People Solutions in Germany
- You support our internal colleagues as a proactive
solution partner and control our internal processes.
- Act as interface driving complex issues and questions
between Service Manager, Finance & Procurement department.
- You will also take care of the monitoring of
contractual, planning, and financial aspects of the service business.
- You support financial processes for our Business Line.
- Providing customer assistance in a professional and
efficient manner, adhering to well established process and practice procedures.
We are looking for someone with…

University degree in Business
Administration or similar.
- ·
Quick comprehension &
technical understanding.
- ·
Fluent in German & English (daily contact with native German
speakers).
- ·
Min. 2 year of professional
experience.
- ·
Proficient in Microsoft Office
(Excel).
- ·
Service Attitude and customer
oriented.
- ·
Communicative, structured
manner, accurate, reliable as well as hands-on mentality.
- ·
Excellent organizational and
planning skills.
- ·
Strong work ethic - we are

Problem solving and fast
