– Mihaela Kreh, Regional Key Account Manager & Senior Country Manager, Netherlands and Nordic Countries What you will do Develop the strategic account plans and take responsibility for the actions taken to achieve strategic and annual goals Where applicable, deliver regional alignment and consistency in engagement with the customer Plan strategically and operationally, lead and support customer engagement ensuring a broad and deep relationship network to secure strategic and annual objectives Identify opportunities through analysis, using multiple data sources, leading to compelling business case propositions for strategic accounts at multiple levels of their organization Manage the business portfolio to deliver the required level of profitability and take corrective actions where targets are not being achieved Support the negotiation of business terms and annual agreements with customers and make sure that these agreements are documented and stored as legally required Actively involve relevant parts of our organization, including the strategic business units (SBUs) and other relevant functions, to execute the account plan Provide market and business intelligence on customer, competitor and end-user levels and share across the organization Collect customers' balance sheets and other needed documents for UPM credit management Who you are You have a bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent or minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or field You have an excellent commercial skill set including high level data analysis capability You are a team-oriented person with a drive to create a collaborative, positive and inclusive project environment You are able to map complex network structures, understand decision-making processes and to identify and influence key stakeholders You have the ability to develop and carry out a strategic business plan that is aligned with customers and internal stakeholders You have solid communication and presentation skills You can influence multifunctional teams to progress defined initiatives and projects You have advanced and extended knowledge of the packaging market including product and services You are willing to be active in all industry related social media You are fluent in Dutch and English This is what we offer for you A meaningful job
