Introduction As a Social Media and Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the Campaign Team and HQ Social Team to align social media campaigns with ongoing promotional and sales strategies. In this Role, your responsibilities will include: Social Media Management: • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals. • Manage and oversee social media content, ensuring it is engaging, accurate, and optimized for platform performance. • Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization strategies. • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies. Campaign Development and Execution: • Plan and execute digital SoMe marketing campaigns across various social networks, including web advertising. • Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies as needed. • Collaborate with designers to create informative and appealing content that promotes brand-focused messages. • Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure campaigns achieve financial and market penetration goals. • Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed based on analytical data. What you'll Need to Succeed Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role at least for 3 years. Experience with B2C social media marketing and campaign management. Excellent knowledge of Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram (Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+, and other social media best practices will be considered as bonus. Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research. Good understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics. Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role at least for 3 years. Experience with B2C social media marketing and campaign management. Excellent knowledge of Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram (Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+, and other social media best practices will be considered as bonus. Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics. Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research. Good understanding of social media KPIs and web traffic metrics. Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional Skills: Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva. Experience with video making and editing tools. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing tools.
