For our site in Weesp/Olst we are looking for an Installation Manager In compliance with all internal and external regulations regarding EHS&E and GMP, the Installation Manager is responsible that his/her department provides up-to-standard technical services to production, against the lowest possible cost and in a sustainable way, while promoting company’s values and strategic objectives. The installation manager will manage the departments’ maintenance budget, will foster innovation and will align with the other departments for smooth operation. Tasks and responsibilities Drafting, presenting and implementing the vision and strategy to comply with internal and external guidelines, through researching, selecting and introducing new technologies and working methods, while maintaining the output of the department. Managing, supporting - and keeping employable - the employees within the team, by stimulating continuous improvement and at the same time monitoring / managing the budget of the department Conducting internal evaluations regarding effectiveness, efficiency and adequacy of the department and associated programs, systems and procedures. Based on findings, implement optimizations, whether or not delegate and manage. Preparing, reviewing, approving and/or advising on (inside and outside the department) documentation, protocols, reports, optimizations, investigations, incidents and non-conformities, taking into account local guidelines, in accordance with the overall strategy and consultation with other departments (when applicable). Manage the departments’ maintenance budget.
