As

Product Manager ( Underwater Security ) , you will report to the Head of Product Management and work closely with the defense Business Development Director and the technical development (R&D) teams. You will lead product definition and development on behalf of our defense customers, including the Dutch Navy.

It is a strategic cross-functional role that requires you to build trusted relationships with your colleagues across departments and disciplines. You are successful when you lead the product team to define, build and sell the best products that enable expected business growth.

Your duties and responsibilities would include:

Further develop the vision for our towed-hydrophone-array product offering, looking for the right product-market combinations. Focus will be on towed arrays as a payload for unmanned vessels with both military and civil application. You take full responsibility for the product, strategy and roadmaps, and derive objectives and priorities. Execute the roadmaps across the departments, R&D, operations, marketing and sales. You engage with our customers and partners, ensuring that requirements and expectations are well managed. You will manage

the product at every stage of its lifecycle.

What you bring:

A completed technical education at university level. 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Product Manager in complex environments, navigating challenges throughout the product lifecycle. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and sales and marketing teams. Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards. Acts on a strategic level with clients, partners and colleagues. Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English. Customer-focused approach to product development. Problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic settings. Experience in defense industry is a plus.
