How you will make a difference Triodos Bank is uniquely positioned as an impact-first medium sized bank. As a Commercial Strategist, you will translate this positioning into clear, ambitious commercial strategy. You will help generate maximum commercial traction while also achieving our ambitious impact and customer satisfaction goals. You will help us to ‘finance change to change finance’, by being a key person to determine our segmentation approach and help optimize our product-market fit: determining which products to position in which markets towards which customer segments, including the need for new product development, based on business, customer, and market insights. You also help prepare and facilitate proper and thorough performance dialogues which allow targeted action where needed to achieve the pre-defined commercial goals. Together with the team: You will execute market research to identify innovative industry trends, disruptors, and new market spaces for emerging or new market opportunities You will interpret corporate strategy and translate that into a clear and actionable commercial strategy You will provide scenarios and forecasting on volume-price projections and create long term pricing strategy.
