Design and implement custom Dynamics solutions that address specific business needs. Partner with various functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics solutions into existing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues pertaining to Dynamics systems. Keep updated with the latest trends and standards in Dynamics technology. Assist in strategic planning related to application landscapes. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and manage relationships. Streamline and improve the management of Dynamics licenses. Provide essential training to 1 line, handling 2 line and coordinate with external vendors to ensure quality 3 line Dynamics support. Requirements: 4+ years in roles focused on Dynamics CRM, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service. Adept at identifying and enhancing business processes. Solid understanding of the latest Microsoft products. Strong ability to analyse complex scenarios and derive solutions. Committed to customer engagement and satisfaction. English and Dutch speaking.
