Job description

Responsibilities & duties As a Marine Fleet Engineer, you will play a key role in the technical management of Titan Clean Fuels' fleet of LNG bunker vessels and provide support through maritime experience and know-how to various projects and fleet development activities. In a matrix reporting structure to the Fleet Director and Technical Fleet Manager, you will fulfill one or more of the following roles: Support the oversight of the technical performance and maintenance of Titan's Fleet

Assist in ensuring fleet compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

Collaborate with vessel- and crew managers in line with Titan philosophy and Key Performance Indicators

Contribute to the development of internal processes and standards for the fleet development and engineering department

Conduct on-site technical inspections and performance evaluations of Titan fleet and assets

Provide

technical support for vessel modifications, drydocking and upgrades

Liaise on technical and operational matters with ship owners, vendors, and shipyards.

Support on design, construction, commissioning, and trials for Titan’s fleet development projects Assist in charter negotiations and processes with technical evaluation and general due diligence

Draft tender documents for various projects: ranging from upgrade projects to site supervision and vessel management. Your profile

Requirements & qualifications The position requires a hands-on mentality coupled with a strong -operational or technical- background in the maritime sector.

You will be part of a growing company with a dedicated -and growing- team in charge of managing and developing Titan Clean Fuels’ fleet of bunker vessels. The role will be based in Amsterdam. Occasional travel will be required. Strong communicative skills and team player Former seafarer or background in marine engineering, vessel management or other hands-on maritime experience Demonstrated self-reliance and independence. Strong sense of ownership Operational experience with gas carriers or LNG is an advantage. Proactive and creative in a fast-changing environment. Proficient in English, both spoken and written Eagerness to dive into the world of LNG bunkering, related systems, and associated vessel construction and operational considerations. What we offer

Salary ranging from € 3.500 to € 3,950 per month, based on experience plus 8% holiday allowance paid monthly.
