Senior Strategic Clinical Evidence Manager Would you like to work at the heart of the Global team of Nutricia/Danone within the Clinical Research Department? Are you passionate about evidence generation to substantiate the value proposition for Danone’s Specialized Nutrition product portfolio? As a Senior Strategic Clinical Evidence Manager you will be responsible for co-building and driving strategic evidence generation programs and post-launch studies together with Danone’s Country Business Units (CBUs) worldwide. You will translate evidence gaps into relevant and feasible clinical studies or programs and engage the countries to join these programs. Ready for this challenge? Apply today! About the job You will work closely with the medical teams in the CBUs, the global category teams, data sciences teams, clinical operations and digital health team in driving & leading evidence generation initiatives worldwide. You will use your clinical study expertise in different phases of a clinical study and translate business needs into the right study design and ensure post-launch studies are strategically embedded into business priorities. You will liaise regularly with CBUs to ensure status & results reporting of clinical studies. You will be an advisor on content, methodology, necessary documentation & tools and provide recommendations & present the recommendations in senior leadership meetings for clinical study approval based on business value and risk assessment. You will maintain familiar with clinical practice guidelines, study designs, real world research development trends, and regulatory expectations. You will contribute to the capability development on evidence generation in global and local teams, and e.g. set-up training materials, guidance documents, e-learnings, etc. About you

Master- or PhD- degree in Life Sciences 10+ years relevant experience in clinical studies (methodology and/or operations), and in a commercial (food) environment. You are business savvy & grasp the essence of nutrition field and science behind nutritional products. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to easily interact with people (both internally and externally) and with audiences with different experience & knowledge levels on evidence generation. Senior stakeholder management skills. You are able to lead a project and drive decisions. Experience in a medical affairs role is a pre. A proactive and can-do attitude Flexible, curious, open, team player Agility to be able to deal with several projects at the same time while keeping the right focus Ability to solve complex challenges with unique agile approaches Ability to thrive in a high-paced and sometimes chaotic environment About us
