Regional Product Manager - E-Commerce Logistics

This role is critical to shaping our product roadmap and driving the continuous improvement of our e-commerce logistics operations. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with customers on the innovation of efficient and scalable products and strategies, to expand their e-commerce business by leveraging our extensive global reach and local carrier networks. Your Duties: Drive agile product development projects, playing a pivotal role in shaping the E-Commerce Logistics product roadmap for Maersk in Europe. Define and implement product discovery and delivery processes tailored to our European E-Commerce product. Utilize continuous experimentation to gather valuable data and insights, helping to make informed conclusions about customer interests and pain points. Act as a liaison between Technology and various business functions, including Business Development, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, ensuring product development aligns with business needs. Collaborate with Global Maersk functions (Global Product, Platform, Technology) to influence the Global E-Commerce Logistics strategy and enhance product offerings. Research and understand market developments through quantitative analysis and market data, shaping the European E-Commerce product strategy. Provide the Maersk Europe management team with insights and analysis that define products and support strategic decision-making. Drive product development projects aimed at improving e-commerce logistics operational processes and software. Your Profile: At least 2 years of experience in a Product Management role in logistics. Experience in E-Commerce logistics operations preferred. Master’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred (but not mandatory). Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving attitude. Proven track record of managing project teams in an agile environment Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multitask effectively. Proficient in managing and analyzing large data sets to formulate conclusions and recommendations. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Fluency in English (our company language).
