Vacancy: Driller - Offshore Exploration and Production We are seeking a highly experienced Driller for offshore exploration and production operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in drilling activities, both in exploratory wells and in established production platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee drilling operations, ensuring effective management of the drill floor and associated equipment. Supervise and operate sophisticated drilling machinery, including top drive systems, drawworks, and mud circulation systems. Implement drilling plans and monitor drilling progress, adjusting operations as necessary for geological conditions. Manage and lead the drilling crew, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient execution of tasks. Handle well control and blowout prevention activities, including BOP (Blowout Preventer) operations. Monitor and manage wellbore conditions, including kick detection and responding to drilling anomalies. Collaborate with geological and engineering teams to optimize drilling processes in exploration and production settings. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Driller in offshore exploration and production settings. Deep understanding of both exploratory drilling techniques and production well operations. Proficient in the use of drilling software and automated drilling systems. Leadership skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control Certification. Excellent problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure.
