YOUR ROLE The focus of theEquipment Controlroom Specialist is on optimizing productivity on technical level and guaranteeing delivery reliability. In theEquipment Controller position you have a key position within the logistics operation. The Control Room is the beating heart of our logistics operation, from which the central management takes place. The aim of the department is to optimize productivity and guarantee delivery reliability. Your stakeholders consist of your colleagues in the Control Room

and the Logistics

Operations. You will work in 2 shifts, a day shift and an evening shift. Your direct report is the Teamlead of the Controlroom. WHAT WILL YOU DO? You drive the technical operational processes based on accurate data; You are responsible for incident management and machine failures; You monitor the performance on various KPIs and make adjustments where necessary; You monitor the building-related management systems; You are the first-line support for our operation and the technical team in our warehouse; You advise the operation in optimizing the warehouse process flow; You are the link between operation and maintenance of our machinery; You monitor the overview of the flow on the system and react adequately when adjustments have to be made to the various flows, parameters and stations; You provide the operation and other stakeholders with hourly updates. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? A completed degree (mbo-4 level) preferably in engineering, IT or logistics; Relevant work experience in a logistics, production or service environment; Analytical skillsandyouhave a systematic and structured way of working; Good social and contact skills; Excellent knowledgeof theEnglish language; You are available full time and (in time) willing to work in shifts.
