In Vattenfall we are aiming for paperless and harmonized and effective process landscape which you will be a part of this amazing journey! The Integrated Management System Process Excellence Specialist will be part of the IMS & Process Governance Team and will be responsible for ensuring that the value stream for their assigned part of the lifecycle is well-coordinated, effective and efficient. As a part of project implementation initially will be responsible for designing and optimizing process landscape while collaborating with process owners and specialists in the business in the development and maintenance of business processes, the identification of process gaps, harmonisation of processes, reduction of duplication, and to ensure that handoffs between processes are complete and accurate. The role will also involve using data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring that processes are compliant with the IMS governance framework, and contributing to the development of a harmonised and efficient value stream for the whole business. Additionally, the IMS Process Excellence Specialist will work in collaboration with the Process Governance and Standards Compliance team to ensure IMS requirements are met and compliance risks are addressed. our role / what will you do? Design , develop and optimize the process flow based on value stream mapping and industries best practices in alignment with internal business process leaders Collaborate with process owners and specialists , process governance and other specialist in the business and knowledge domains to ensure that the value stream for your assigned part of the lifecycle is developed in a coordinated, effective and efficient way, and that IMS requirements are addressed in the value streams, process landscapes, and process design. Act as guardians of the IMS governance framework to ensure that processes are developed in a compliant way with the BA Wind Process Framework, and that all IMS requirements are met, this may involve the development and maintenance of processes that are specific to the Integrated Management System. Identify gaps in the value stream and work to harmonise processes and reduce duplication and overlap. Ensure that the handoffs between processes are complete and accurate to minimise delays and improve quality. Support the development of PPIs and conduct performance evaluations for the processes which you are responsible for while using problem solving approach. Use performance and compliance data to identify OFIs and drive continuous improvement activities that optimise stakeholder value and increase overall business performance. Collaborate with process owners and specialists in the business to develop a harmonised and efficient value stream for the whole business. Your main stakeholders and interfaces Internal:

Your profile / who are you? Min Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Operations Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience. +5 years of experience in

business process Design , improvement , optimization and implementation preferably with integrated management system approach Knowledge of management systems standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO 45001 and the integration of these standards. Knowledge of process modelling using value stream mapping, BPMN 2.0 standard as well as hands on experience working with business process management softwares such as ARIS, BIC, Miro, Mega, SAP , MS Visio and any other visual and automated platforms are highly preferred Lean Six Sigma and other problem solving methods Kaizen, 8D, PDCA, DAMIC or similar industry recognised qualification in process excellence or quality management is a benefit.
