Hybrid We are on the lookout for a "Senior Manager Digital Innovation" to drive the digital transformation of our business. In an era where technology evolves at lightning speed, your role will be pivotal in defining how emerging technologies will change our company. You will work across all business units and functions, with senior stakeholders, strategizing innovative concepts and building new ventures to grow our business and make it more efficient. You will oversee a digital innovation portfolio, test driving cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI, Quantum Computing, Robotics and Spatial Computing to enable the discovery of new molecules, develop innovative business models, and deliver hyper-personalized customer experiences. In this role within the Architecture & Innovation department, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Technology Innovation & Scouting, offering strategic advice to the Chief Digital & Information Officer. - Lead the creation of a comprehensive strategy that infuses emerging digital technologies with the company’s objectives. Technology

Scouting

- Systematically studying emerging digital technologies, assessing their capabilities, potential impacts, and limitations, and determining their applicability and value in different contexts, including industry-specific needs, market trends, and alignment with strategic goals. Partnership Development & Venturing

- Build strategic partnerships and alliances, aimed at bringing the outside in perspective and driving technological advancements. Technology Experimentation, Growth Hacking & Rapid Prototyping

– Confirm business and technical feasibility of emerging technologies through experimentation and rapid prototyping. Pilot ideas at an early stage and scale the ones demonstrating promising results, while closely tracking their impact and value.

You bring: Experience in digital transformation and innovation, including creation of strategies and tactics to identify pain points, challenges, and opportunities. Proven ability to bridge the gap between strategy and execution with a strong business and strategic acumen driving tangible business value. At least 10 years of experience in a technology, business, or innovation leadership role Fluency with emerging technologies and industry trends Experience in consumer, FMCG, health, nutrition, pharmaceutical, flavors or other similar sectors Ability to communicate in a clear and effective way, build trusted relationships, and engage and influence senior stakeholders Ability to lead projects and cross functional teams The application process: Interested in this position?
