You're at the heart of team well-being and development, bridging communication between the organization and your team while shielding them from distractions. You're the go-to for support and guidance, embodying our policy of care and understanding. You help the team members, both as a team and individually, in their professional growth. With a strong background in agile practices, you'll coach our engineering teams towards optimizing processes and enhancing their Agile methodology. While the teams strive to work autonomously, you are able to step in and show how the processes can be improved. Your role involves not just internal coaching but also advocating best practices across wider teams as needed. In this role, you are responsible for: Monitoring progress and performance of teams and individuals Support head of product engineering to identify, design and implement improvements Onboarding and offboarding of team members Growth meetings team members Set OKRs, aligning team wishes, roadmaps and other teams of TherapielandL Responsible for operational OKRs and metrics Support teams that are in need of assistance to follow agile values, principles and practices, both theoretical and hands on Make sure that all teams and team members, including one abroad, feel heard, seen and are truly engaged in working together in TherapielandL

Who are you? Ideal candidates will have a robust understanding of agile methods, outstanding interpersonal and management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. If you're ready to take on this challenging yet rewarding role, offering both leadership and hands-on support, we'd love to meet you! In addition you have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred. Certified scrum master or equivalent certification in the agile domain. Experience as a scrum master or in a similar role. Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban etc., to deliver solutions. Non dogmatic in your views. Knows technology well enough to facilitate growth conversations at team and individual level Knows technology well enough to identify and mitigate risks in various stages of the SDLC Excellent people and project management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiar with OKRs and able to apply them. Support in development and growth of individual team members. Able to work several days a week from the office.
