With the VIBES-method, we predict vibrations with the help of test- and simulation-based models. With our unique software, our customers like BMW, Hyundai, Volvo and ASML acquire high-quality results in an efficient way. It allows them to work flexibly and intuitive. Leading sales initiatives:

Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach; Help improve sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness; Monitor and accelerate the sales pipeline; Conduct research to identify new opportunities and understand competitors; Analyze sales metrics and prepare regular reports for decision-making.

Customer success

Build strong, enduring relationships with clients; Address customer inquiries and issues; Develop plans to retain and grow existing accounts; Collect and act on customer feedback to drive improvements; Secure contract renewals and identify upselling opportunities

Who are you?

Experience

You have 4+ years of relevant working experience and hold a relevant MSC degree, like Mechanical Engineering; You have a successful track record in selling a technical proposition; Preferably, you have experience in selling globally to engineering innovation centers of automotive OEMs (like BMW, Volvo and Hyundai) and tier-1 automotive suppliers;

Mindset

You enjoy working with clients and take the extra mile for the ultimate customer success; You work structured and can break down complex problems; You have a sharp eye for detail in everything you create; You can make awesome presentations & are excellent in presenting them;

Besides

It’s a very big plus if you have (next to English) language proficiency in either French, German, Dutch, Korean or Japanese; You will make international travels, multiple times a year;
