We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Partner and Customer Support Specialist who is fluent in German and English to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our software partners and their end customers, ensuring a smooth implementation and onboarding process for our VONQ APIs and Widgets. Your ability to manage and update our knowledge base and job board inventory, alongside handling support tickets, will be crucial in maintaining high partner satisfaction. Job Description

In this role, your core responsibilities will revolve around: Support VONQ’s Software Partners: Assist software partners during the implementation of VONQ APIs and Widgets, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support. Knowledge Base Management: Update and maintain our knowledge base with relevant and up-to-date content to ensure partners and customers have access to comprehensive resources. Job Board Inventory Updates: Keep our job board inventory current with detailed instructions and relevant information. Support Ticket Resolution: Respond to and resolve support tickets from partners efficiently, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Partner end-customer Onboarding: Provide onboarding support for end-customers using VONQ products, ensuring they have a seamless start with our services. Bilingual Communication: Communicate effectively in both German and English, catering to our diverse customer and partner base. Qualifications

Technical Aptitude: Technical understanding of APIs and Widgets, with the ability to troubleshoot and guide technical implementations. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer support. Proactivity: Ability to take initiative in supporting customers, fixing issues, as well as develop and improve processes to increase the quality of our services. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve partner and customer issues effectively. Knowledge Management: Experience in maintaining and updating knowledge bases or similar documentation repositories. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and comprehensive updates to job board inventory and support documentation. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with team members and work in an office setting for part of the week. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role. Familiarity with API integrations, job boards and/or HR technology platforms. Experience with support ticketing systems and knowledge management tools. Additional Information
