The purpose of the Product Owner IT Processes and Tools role is to optimize productivity and engineering experience for software product value streams in International by implementing good engineering practices and IT processes, and automating feedback loops. The successful candidate will drive demand for tools and negotiate with third-party suppliers, define platform engineering and security standards, and ensure KPI reporting is in place. The scope includes various business technology platforms such as Customer Engagement, Mediation Layer, Infra Layer, SalesForce, Oxygen, and Life400. Your key responsibilities: Customer Research Create and execute questionnaires, perform analysis of questionnaires, and conduct in-depth interviews with engineers, engineering managers, and other key roles. Gather and analyze data to inform decision-making and help improve our engineering processes and workflows Product Vision Based on data from experience research, you formulate a clear and inspiring product vision, objectives, and key results (problems to be solved) e.g. by Group IT or shared teams in International You track and review whether Key Results, when achieved, result in increased speed, quality and productivity Solution Design for continuous delivery tools: You draft clear requirements for tools and automated engineering processes You document a clear solution architecture that is as tool independent as possible You review whether the tools and automated processes are delivered according to requirements and solution architecture Documentation You review the IT process documentation You negotiate process improvements with Group IT You validate whether improvements by Group IT for (simpler) process documentation have been delivered You review the IT standards for the business technology platforms in International Delivery Responsible for the International specific content like golden paths for the business technology platforms used by international countries Work with Group IT Zelda platform team to host the content of International Work with Group IT Cloud and Continuous Delivery Teams to get the pipelines, IT controls and documentation in place, both for general (NN Group wide) standards and for International specific standards Validate and assure the pipelines, the Zelda platform and the continuous delivery pipelines for International Wat wij jou bieden

You report to the International Engineering Director. You will join the Engineering workstream, with a focus on Mediation Layer and Infra. This workstream is dedicated to upgrading our engineering capabilities, increasing productivity, and insourcing engineers. Additionally, the workstream will implement Mediation Layer to allow shared tooling to interact with local legacy applications, streamlining our processes and improving efficiency. The Engineering workstream will also work to rationalize our IT infrastructure through data center and Cloud optimization. You will: Work with diverse teams within NN International, all business units in International Partner with CIOs and key business stakeholders in Insurance International Product owners and technology experts within NN Insurance International and NN Group External partners and collaborators Engage in internal intensive stakeholder management for alignment This job is a virtual assignment which means you will fully work from home.
