As a Manager in our SAP Advisory Practice, you will act as a trusted advisor and architect focused on engagements within data and analytics, working with various lines of business applications such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Procurement to name a few. Your role will be to guide customers on how to best deploy and use SAP analytics solutions to deliver business value in an accelerated manner.

This role requires a broad understanding of SAP Analytics solutions and requires additional expertise in data integration and harmonization. People

Help CTOs, CIOs and CDOs build the ERP Strategy Roadmap by defining target IT landscapes and processes – from the blueprinting phase to the management and delivery phases. Be part of a dynamic team and work on multiple projects concurrently with technical delivery teams to deliver a seamless implementation experience for our customers. Contribute to business development and sales origination, including working with other Accenture teams in identifying opportunities to grow a successful practice and unlock new opportunities at clients to support their strategic needs. Coaching and guiding colleagues to develop the best SAP Advisory talent in the market.

Processes

Co-ordinate project deliverables through a transformation lifecycle; defining, analyzing, and mapping business processes, organizational elements, and related applications to solve our clients' biggest challenges, delivering on business value. Combining your business background in SAP Master Data Solutions to act as a Subject Matter Expert in this Functional Domain and contribute to related S/4HANA programs/projects. Facilitate and drive workshops with customer teams (Business and IT) who may have minimal or no prior SAP experience. You will be actively involved in the customer projects from Prepare through to Go-Live phases.

Here’s what you’ll need

A minimum of 3 years consulting experience in the field of MDG with at least 1 year of experience with SAP Master Data solutions. Must possess Cloud mindset and have a good understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform architecture. Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) with practical experience helping with Customer's data governance teams to prepare their data for an S/4HANA implementations. Expertise assisting organizations with the configuration and usage of MDG. Demonstrated ability to lead and educate organizations on data governance best practices. Experience leading organizations to define a data governance model, identify data governance roles, train users with focus on SAP best practices. Strong communication skills with the ability to package value in business centric terminology. Bonus points if you have

SAP Master Data Governance certification preferred. Experience in S/4HANA Business Case and Roadmaps is a plus. What’s in it for you?
