What does that look like you might wonder? - You will oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure guests have a lovely stay from A to Z - Leading the front office team by providing them with guidance and support, creating an atmosphere for EXCELLENCE, and conducting any necessary training sessions to take the team to the next level - Building guest relations and loyalty by ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns and gathering feedback while implementing strategies to enhance their overall experience at our hotel - Encouraging environmentally conscious behaviours among your team and implementing sustainable practices within the front office - Being extra efficient in using technology throughout the guest journey and staying informed on trends in our industry - Collaborate with your colleagues in Sales, F&B and Housekeeping and join cross-functional meetings to contribute your insights
