The Digital Marketing Team is responsible for user acquisition for our multi-content digital services via multiple online marketing channels. The team is in charge of creating and designing the full funnel and directly managing campaigns across all our online advertising platforms. We love optimizing, and our end goal is improving ROI! For our Amsterdam office, we are looking for a Search Ads Specialist who will play a crucial role in the Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Google Ads Search, preferably running performance marketing campaigns. They are ambitious, hardworking, data-oriented, precise, and have a strong sense of responsibility. The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Lead Digital Marketing Specialist in Amsterdam & the Head of Digital Marketing. Role Overview: As a Search Ads Specialist focused on Google Ads, you'll be at the forefront of our digital marketing strategy. Your expertise will be essential in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to boost targeted traffic, enhance brand visibility, and achieve significant ROI. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, utilizing cutting-edge AI tools to elevate our campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Search campaigns on Google Ads and MS Ads. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords. Ad Creation: Develop compelling ad copy that drives engagement and conversions. Budget Management: Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI. Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven optimizations. A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to enhance ad creativity, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of competitors by identifying new opportunities and industry trends. AI Integration: Utilize AI-driven tools and automation to improve campaign performance. Reporting: Generate detailed reports showcasing campaign performance and actionable insights. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in a high-pressure environment. Skills: Strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and proficiency with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms. Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-Oriented: Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work. Global Reach: Experience managing high budgets and targeting multiple countries is a plus. Continuous Learning: Commitment to staying updated with Google Ads updates and industry trends. Knowledge of Display, Video, Email, and DSP is a Plus.
