Proto software configuration/ Administration engineer

Within ASML the sector Development & Engineering (D&E) is responsible for the design and specifications of ASML’s products. The department System Integration is part of D&E and responsible to manage risk during the integration phase of our products. Proto systems are used to verify the design concept at system level, which includes hardware and software. Role and Responsibilities To The Software Configuration Engineer is owner of the system software configuration baseline. The Software Configuration Engineer will develop means and methods for functional configuration management by making the link between system function and software configuration requirements. As a SW Proto Configuration Engineer you are responsible for: Making the link between system functions and software configuration requirements For the integration plan defining pre- and post-conditions on software Configuration parameters and content per Integration milestone Defining the process to release software configuration baselines to the operational sectors Developing the tooling necessary to implement functional software configuration management Being the owner of the software configuration baselines. Updating SW configuration Troubleshooting on issues Report the SW configuration to the release project leaders, proto integrators and System integration projects Education and experience Bachelor or master – preferably Technical 2/3 years of experience Preferred educated in Computer Science There are limited constraints on working experience.
