As a Data Engineer, your role is to strengthen the engineering team. You will help design, build and maintain a complex, cloud-based platform for our team and our clients. How you achieve results in this? That’s up to you. We trust in the way you can distinguish between main and secondary issues and make connections. You put your talents to work at:

Collaborating closely with the team to design, build, and maintain a modern data (stream-)processing platform.

Ensuring that our data is of the highest quality and can be effectively utilized by our clients.

Developing and maintain solutions using Azure cloud services.

Activities could be as diverse as: onboarding new data sources, building microservices, application lifecycle management, building/troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines, reliability engineering, etc.

A Solid understanding of IT fundamentals (networking, storage, databases, distributed systems, etc.)3+ years of software development with Python and/or Go.

Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.

Experience in data storage technologies, e.g., Object storage, RDBMS, and No SQL.

Experience with streaming technologies, like Apache Kafka, or similar technologies.

Experience with Dev Ops platforms like Azure Dev Ops, Git Lab, or similar.

You get this € 4744 to € 6582 gross per month (Schaal 12).

A 13th month (year-end bonus).

An NS Business Card that fully reimburses travel by public transportation to and from work.

The possibility to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour work week.
