The challenge:

You will manage the deliverables of the engineering team, guide the design and implementation of microservices, and lead key transitions as we roll out new technologies, new products, and new ways of working. What you'll do:

Manage the engineering teams to design, build and support systems that are reliable, secure and efficiently at scale You don't mind rolling up your sleeves and show your technical skills and teach by leading Recruit and develop talented engineers to build a strong, multi-disciplined and diverse team Own problems from end-to-end, managing complexity and working closely with other engineering teams Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning Develop and drive the team roadmap to modernize our software systems

Requirements

The perfect match

You have extensive experience as a software engineer and excel at leading mid-sized teams You have a proven track record of guiding engineering teams to success You have expertise in developing distributed systems using TypeScript You possess extensive experience working with platforms that handle high-volume, low-latency and require high availability You have the ability to work with and inspire your team, encouraging them to contribute their best ideas You have been involved in a scale-up transition and have implemented architectural patterns to deliver SaaS services on a global scale You have a thorough knowledge and understanding of modern development and engineering best practices
