You will be part of a dynamic and diverse team, of which the members come from all over the world. Your main task will be to manage the teams and engagements in the field of financial statement compilations and preparations. Given the magnitude of the department this requires excellent project management skills. Next to that you could be involved in large bookkeeping and compliance related projects. Our playfield is very international, one day you are talking to your clients in Asia and the day after with your clients in Europe and the Americas. An important part of your role will be to demonstrate that you are able to support the growth of the department by means of identifying opportunities and assist with request for proposals. For the latter you will need to show your capabilities as an entepreneur. The client portfolio you will be responsible for varies from start up companies to clients which are part of a listed multinational. The start up clients will enable you to demonstrate your advisory skills. Within the group of multinational clients we serve the big names in the industry.

Jouw uitdagingen

• Managing a porftolio of clients on compliance support together with your team 

• Providing service for our clients at the highest level

• Being part of the challenges of the dynamics of a growing department 

• Coaching and developing junior team members 

• Contributing to the knowledge and tooling of the departement 

Dit neem jij mee

• Graduated from Higher vocational education (HBO) in accounting (AA) is prefered, or should at least be close to graduating

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience preferably in the compilation and or compliance department of an audit and accounting firm

• Profen project management skills in the area of managing teams and clients and the broader spectrum of engagements

• Integrity, numerically strong, accurate, socially skilled and assertive

• Solid knowlegde of Dutch GAAP (IFRS is preferred but not mandatory) and the laws and regulations around compilation (NVCos 4410 and Praktijkhandreiking 1136)

• Writing and speaking the English and/or Dutch language for our (inter)national clients
