Our client is a Dutch company producing medical diagnostic instruments and exporting them worldwide. For their customer support team in the Arnhem/Apeldoorn region they are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist to manage the Order to cash cycle and to support B2B clients and suppliers.
Phone and email support to customers and suppliers;
You ensure that stocks are replenished on time, taking into account the minimum and maximum stock levels;
MBO+ working and thinking level;
Proficiency in Dutch and English language;
