As an operator you will work in the production process of a roof tile factory. You will monitor the production process and perform first-line maintenance and solve malfunctions. In addition, you are responsible for: - Operating, adjusting, converting and checking production machines and installations; - Identifying and solving malfunctions; - Performing user maintenance; - Ensuring the quality of products according to the standard; - Supporting the technical department as needed. You will do all this in a shift schedule. You will work 2 days in the morning from 06:00 to 14:00. Then you will work 2 days in the afternoon from 14:00 to 22:00. Finally, you have 2 days off, after which the schedule starts again. You are flexible and know how to take responsibility. In addition, you have the following qualities: - You have a completed VMBO education (towards construction or engineering) and MBO working and thinking level; - You speak the Dutch or English language; - You have technical insight, understand how machines work and know how to solve problems quickly; - You are someone who likes to think along and take initiative.
