Business Intelligence Specialist As a Business Intelligence Specialist specializing in the hydrogen mobility industry, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Hydrogen Refueling Station (HRS) business and the successful launch of new products and solutions. Leveraging data-driven insights, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, competition, and opportunities to inform strategic decision-making within the organization.

Your areas of responsibility

Market Intelligence and Analysis

Serve as the primary point of contact within the organization for market intelligence and business analyses related to hydrogen mobility

Conduct thorough data research, analysis and visualization to support decision-making processes

Monitor and gather insights into market developments, competition (incl. pricing), and trends within the hydrogen mobility industry

Identify and quantify market opportunities for our products and solutions

Manage stakeholders to translate their needs into market and business research

Business Development Support

Contribute to the development of business tools for sales and marketing teams

Stay abreast of the latest trends in research methods within business analysis, market research, and market intelligence

Develop a vision for market and business analytics activities necessary to support business objectives

Advise board and management based on business insights

Requirements

Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Design, Interaction Technology, Human Machine Communication or equivalent

Entry-level to 5 years of experience in marketing and business intelligence

Preferably, experience in a scale-up or larger business environment

Eagerness to learn and develop within the field of zero-emission mobility

Dynamic and analytical individual with a proactive approach to work

Strong communication skills and a "can-do" mentality
