Senses Restaurant is a fine dining restaurant in the city center of Amsterdam, with an open kitchen where 'food art' that ignites the senses is created. Chef-kok Renaud Goigoux (previous position of Souschef of the Michelin Star rated restaurant 'Rijks') and sous-chef Joonas Karjalainen each have their own specialties and complement each other very well. Cooking is a process in which the dishes are continuously improved in terms of taste and structure. Dishes, therefore, remain on the menu a little longer because they are being further perfected. As a Restaurant Manager, you ensure that your team enjoys achieving a top performance every day. You provide a night out for our guests and try to exceed expectations every time. Together with the entire Senses team, you show your passion and creativity in the service. You work organized and have an eye for detail. During the daily work you also apply the HACCP rules. WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

At least 2 years of experience as a (semi) manager in a fine-dining restaurant Speaks and writes fluent Dutch or English Living in the Amsterdam region. Wine knowledge and passion for (luxury) gastronomy. Able to work independently. We offer:
