You will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end program management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software and services, and fostering collaboration among diverse teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The typical day is… atypical. You might be meeting with stakeholders conveying updates or risks or managing budget or collaborating with teams to ensure delivery of high quality software to meet deadlines. Some additional responsibilities include: Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for software and hardware projects Oversee the successful execution of projects, tracking progress against milestones, and ensuring on-time delivery. Proactively identify and assess risks associated with programs and projects Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery Work closely with leaders to develop, manage program and vendor software and hardware budgets Optimize resource allocations to ensure efficient use of time and resources Create schedules by coordinating with Retail business for software and hardware, test, learn and pivot as per the learning in Pilot for the rollout deployment Ensure that delivered products meet high-quality standards and customer expectations Implement and oversee robust quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle To Land This Role: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, managing complex projects and cross-functional teams of at least 5+ years of experience Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
